I find this rather ridiculous, to be honest. It feels to me like a spoiled girl who would go to any lengths to get her way. As the school refused her request, she simply took it one step up and threatened with legal action. While I do understand that it can be much easier to concentrate with music playing, it seems like a very egoistic thing to request considering the extra work involved in complying with it. It is one thing when this is done because of medical reasons. But we all have circumstances in which we can concentrate better and if school had to keep track of all of them, they would hardly do anything else.
